Oh, Baby! Milestones (3, 6 and 9 Months)

3 Months

At this age, babies still sleep a lot. I try to capture details- those little chubby hands and feet, lips, hair, and about anything else that these are things mom and dad want to remember and they are growing. 3-month-olds usually cannot sit up yet. In fact, they are still too wobbly, especially in their heavy heads! During a 3 month session, your baby will spend a lot of time on the floor so that I can be creative with angles and get the most variety of poses possible.

6 Months

Now that your baby has reached 6 months, a lot has changed! Their faces are so much more expressive than ever before, and their bodies are more mobile. Your baby may even be sitting up by now. All of these fun developments make 6-month milestone photos so much fun! This is also a fantastic time for bathtub sessions.

9 Months

At 9 months babies are typically very smiley and easily entertained. They may even be starting to stand up or walk. This session will be an exciting one! We also may get our exercise from chasing your newly crawling baby around the studio.
